Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s FREE 27 hole disc golf course has it all – short and tight technical shots, wide open downhill shots, and all with fantastic views of the Aerial Tram, Gros Ventre and Teton mountains. Come check out our ever-improving disc golf course, and add a little Frisbee to your life.
Directions: Park in the Village Lot and begin at hole 1 near the ropes course and Sweetwater Gondola.

What Is Disc Golf
Disc golf is the frisbee form of ball golf. Instead of trying to get a ball into a hole, the goal is to get the disc into the chained basket. Starting from a teepad, players throw a disc toward the basket. They then proceed to where the disc landed and continue throwing the disc until it lands in the basket. There are many different types of discs, including long-distance drivers, fairway drivers, mid-range discs, and putters.
Discs
Disc selection can be tough for beginners. The key is picking practical discs for yourself. You don't want a disc that's super fast (rated at 10+ speed). You want something similar to a frisbee that you're familiar with. Get the hang of an easy disc, and then progress from there. Consult JH Sports experts for advice!

How To
Know how to throw a regular frisbee? Then throwing a disc golf frisbee is easy! It takes a slight adjustment in your throwing technique to get maximum distance and control, but you'll be a pro after a few holes. Watching a few simple videos on technique will drastically step up your game, so check them out!
Events
This summer, we're hosting 2 weekly disc golf tournaments throughout the summer. Tuesday doubles tournament takes place every week starting at 5:30pm Weekly singles tournament is Sundays at 5pm!
The annual Teton Toss tournament is happening this year on August 17, 2024.
Our first PDGA sanctioned C-Tier event, the Shootout at Jackson Hole will happen on September 28, 2024.

18 NEW Disc Golf Holes
Disc golf - combining ergonomic athleticism, disc strategy, friendship, and a chill hour or two, all in the confines of beautiful Jackson Hole! Come one, come all, disc golf is for beginners, professionals, intermediates, kids, families, and all ages! And lucky for you - JHMR, with the generous help of the newly formed non-profit Teton Disc Golf Club has remapped an entirely new 18 hole course for the summer of 2022.
Teton Toss 2022 Results
What a day! We had a record breaking turnout of 105 players compete in this year's Teton Toss disc golf tournament! Perfect weather held for a great day of disc golfing by all participants.
Teton Toss #8
The evolution of disc golf in Jackson Hole continues in 2023! The Sweetwater Course has been given an upgrade this year. In addition to a slight redesign to improve the course, tee pads have been vastly improved. New tee signs, improved mowing and trimming, teepad brooms, and a new course map kiosk are also huge improvements to the course.

The 7th annual Teton Toss Disc Golf Tournament is right around the corner. The Teton Disc Golf Club has been working all summer to get the course ready for the big day.

Hiking in Teton Village
Start at the base of Teton Village or ride up our gondola to access hiking trails that will transport you high above the valley to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountain range. Ride the Tram
In just 12 minutes, the Aerial Tram glides skyward 4,139 vertical feet. The summit offers staggering 360-degree views of the Tetons, Jackson Hole Valley, and surrounding mountain ranges. The "Top of the World" provides amazing access to a plethora of great hiking and running trails, climbing and the occasional snowball fight. Oh, and don't forget the world-famous gourmet waffles in Corbet's Cabin.
